Clinical Cabinets laboratory work surfaces fit any requirement.
Clinical Cabinets provides you with a versatile selection of lab work surface materials to meet any application in the laboratory. These materials, used in countertops, shelving and back guards, are described below. Laboratory work surface components are available in both standard and custom dimensions to meet your requirements.
Trespa
TopLab®BASE is the robust and lasting panel for worktops and cabinetry applications where scratch and wear resistance are of great importance.
TopLab®PLUS is the perfect surface for quality worktops with antibacterial properties and highly resistant to a wide variety of aggressive chemicals.
Formica Laminate
Formica® Laminate is designed for beauty and durability. Formica® Products offer a lot of different textures. Not only beautiful, Formica® Products are also priced affordably to fit within project budgets.
PVC-edged Laminate
Clinical Cabinets PVC-edged Laminate work surfaces are constructed in the same manner as Self-Edged Laminate work surfaces but with a 2mm or 3mm thick PVC edgebanding to provide excellent resistance to bumps and scrapes that could damage the edge laminate and cause it to peel away. The edge-banding color closely matches the laminate color and comes standard on Clinical Cabinets workstations.
Phenolic Resin
Phenolic Resin work surfaces are constructed with a 1" thick industrial grade particle board core with clear hardwood bands on the front, back and sides. The top and bottom are 3/8" thick urea formaldehyde-free phenolic resinwood with a two-coat catalyzed varnish finish. The front edge has a 3/8" radius. Overall thickness is 1 3/4".
ESD Work Surface
Electrostatic Dissipative (ESD) work surfaces are manufactured using ESD laminates. A 180º roll on the front edge ensures continuous conductivity along the front edge of the work surface. These countertops provide a colorful, durable, and reliable work surface with the recommended surface resistivity of 1 x 106 to 1 x 109Ω.
Epoxy Resin
Resin Epoxy work surfaces are monolithic, offering consistent chemical resistance throughout. They are molded from modified epoxy resin, compounded and heat cured. Epoxy Resin offers outstanding resistance to acid, alkali and solvents, as well as physical abuse. Epoxy Resin work surfaces are ideal for use in applications requiring maximum physical and chemical resistance. They are durable, easy to decontaminate and heat resistant.
Stainless Steel
Clinical Cabinets Stainless Steel work surfaces are constructed of 304 or 316 stainless steel. From simple bench runs to complex work surfaces, where sinks, and filtration may be required. Stainless steel worktops are are often used in areas that need to be kept sterile, for example hospital and medical research laboratories, and also in isotope laboratories.
